I just bought some rental property and there is a tenant that refuses to sign my new rules and regulations. Can I evict him for refusing to sign them? The tenant states that he only agreed to the original rules when he moved in and is refusing to sign a new contract.

My ex-friend and I own property together as Tenants in Common. About a year ago my friend quit paying ½ of the taxes and expenses on the property, including the utilities. Can I sue him to recover his share of these expenses and costs?
The simple answer I yes. However the costs relating to this type of action can be prohibitive. The suit is for contribution, but, again, it can be expensive.
